The Office shall undertake legal representation on behalf of the companies and carry out pleading and advocacy in all cases before all judicial and semi-judicial bodies of all grades, types and specializations, submit regulations and warrants, and prepare prosecution and interception laws before judicial authorities in the following cases (but not limited to):
Business Cases
In light of the favorable business and investment climate and in line with Vision 2030, commercial activity plays a major role, especially in the national economy, and out of concern to provide sound legal services which contribute to the achievement of prosperous businesses environment that significantly add to the protection of companies from future conflicts and problems. Therefore, we have been always keen to provide legal services with high efficiency to keep business on the right track, by providing them with legal support and advice on realizing proper structuring of their businesses.Besides we also we possess accumulated extensive experience in commercial paper cases, financial claims and everything related to the business field covering all their activities including: Establishment and licensing of business and public partnership – Contracts of investor rights and legal protection thereof – Drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements – We carry out the administrative and legal procedures necessary for the establishment of commercial companies of various types and liquidation of the same. We handle bankruptcy and financial reorganization cases – issue the necessary licenses for foreign investments, register trademarks and agencies, transform individual institutions into companies, and draft regulations aiming to maintain protection and stability of Companies from crises.
Labor Cases:
Legal representation in labor disputes, assisting and supporting companies in all aspects related to labor issues such as negotiations, drafting of employment agreements, setting internal policies and regulations of the company, and representing it before the Labor Office and labor courts in order to claim and settle accounts receivable between employers and workers, starting with Courts of First Instance (Trail Court) and Appeals. Until the cassation, we also make inventory and liquidate labor dues, whether for fixed-term or indefinite contracts in accordance with the Labor Law and Regulations.
Criminal Cases.
The office undertakes the judicial representation, conduct pleading and defending before the courts and criminal departments, in all criminal cases such as (embezzlement, corruption, bribery, cybercrime, information, money crimes, forgery, and treason trust … etc.) and that is by providing all necessary services, starting from case submittal until the end of all stages endeavoring to achieve the best possible results.
Administrative Cases.
The office undertakes the judicial representation and pleading and defending before the administrative courts in various cases, including an appeal against administrative decisions – filing grievances against decisions and irregularities issued by the concerned parties – claims and administrative compensation – cancellation of administrative decisions or claims for compensation or disputes relating to administrative contracts.
Cases of enforcement of sentences and collection of claims (debts)
The Office provides execution services for all commercial papers as well as judicial rulings in accordance with a specific mechanism suitable for each case to regulate the rescheduling of debt repayment with third parties; Persuasion, our specialized approaches to effective communication with debtors to achieve the interests of our customers.
